The evaluation findings based on 209 program implementers of a positive youth development program (the Project P.A.T.H.S.) in 2012/13 academic year are presented in this paper. A validated subjective outcome evaluation scale was used to gauge the views of the program implementers. Results showed that implementers had a favorable impression toward the program, themselves as service deliverers, and program effectiveness. Consistent with the previous findings, perceptions of the program content and implementers were found to be predictive of program effectiveness when combining the data across the three grades. Together with other evaluation findings, the present study provided additional support to the effectiveness of the Tier 1 Program of the Project P.A.T.H.S. in promoting the holistic development of the adolescent participants in Hong Kong.
