Abstract

This presentation will provide an overview of international legal instruments, local ordinances and regulations that operate in Hong Kong to regulate the lives of Hong Kong’s refugee community. It will also examine the way institutions such as non-government organisations, churches and community volunteers seek to provide support in a constrained social and political environment.
