Abstract
The article examines policies by the Hong Kong government aimed at the greening of Hong Kong, the nature of environmental industries and skills associated with their raise. It also discusses what is required to respond effectively to changes in employment opportunities that are arising from structural changes due to climate change and the emergence of a carbon-constrained economy.
