Abstract

Catering for learner diversity remains a fascinating topic for teacher educators when teachers are increasingly asked to produce differentiated materials for different groups of learners in the local school context. Why is it challenging for teachers and teacher educators to cater for learner diversity? How do we cater for learner diversity? This presentation addresses these questions with details of a Knowledge-Transfer project which aims to support English teachers in Hong Kong. Copyright © 2010 The Hong Kong Institute of Education.
