Abstract
用SBR工藝處理造紙廢水,研究了反應時間、進水CODCr質量濃度、進水pH值及曝氣量對處理效果的影響,獲得了SBR的最佳工藝參數為:進水、反應、沉淀、排水及待機時間分別為25 min、8 h、2 h、5 min、1 h,采用充氧泵曝氣,曝氣量7.5 L/h,進水質量濃度為2600 mg/L (以CODCr計),進水pH值為7.0。在此工況下CODCr去除率達70%以上。
SBR was used to treat paper mill wastewater. The objective was to evaluate the impact of reaction time, different influent COD(subscript Cr) concentration, pH and aeration rate. The optimal conditions were found to be as follows: feeding time 25 min, reaction time 8 h, settling time 2 h, decanting time 5 min and idle time 1 h, respectively. Aeration rate, influent COD(subscript Cr) concentration and influent pH were found to be 7.5 L/h, 2600 mg/L, 7.0, respectively.
