It is not just a self-reflective process but can be best facilitated by mentoring and collaboration. With the past two years of experience gained in conducting the pilot studies on the new FE framework, this presentation shares a number of outstanding FE ePortfolios, demonstrates what students have learnt and how their professional transformation taken place in the process of developing their FE ePortfolios.
