Abstract
This study aims to describe the journey of a change agent at a kindergarten. Through continuing reflections on the change agent’s interaction with the kindergarten, the complexity and issues of promoting school change were raised. To effectively implement school change, setting mutual targets for change and working in a collaborative manner among the school, the organization and the change agent are significant factors that lead to success.
本文通過一位大學教師在一所幼稚園內推動發展所述的故事,揭示了在學校推行改革的複雜性與困難。透過這位教師的心聲,對在香港幼稚園進行改革的發展具有一定的啟示作用。 Copyright © 2010 The Hong Kong Institute of Education.
