This study aims to describe the journey of a change agent at a kindergarten. Through continuing reflections on the change agent’s interaction with the kindergarten, the complexity and issues of promoting school change were raised. To effectively implement school change, setting mutual targets for change and working in a collaborative manner among the school, the organization and the change agent are significant factors that lead to success.
