Abstract
本研究旨在驗證MC²Study™對消除運動員心理疲勞和增強運動員競技水平的效果。我們選擇了5個項目中國國家隊的53名運動員為實驗對象,每個項目分為實驗組和對照組,選用6項心理生理指標監測心理疲勞程度的變化,2項指標監測表象演練能力的增強。結果表明,實驗組運動員運用MC²Study™經過4個星期的訓練後效果顯著,6項檢測指標平均進步率達19.92%,控制組為1.14%;增強表象演練能力的平均進步率,實驗組為61.68%,控制組為16.25%。因此,MC²Study™在減輕運動員心理疲勞和增強表像演練能力方面是一種有價值的方法。
The purpose of this research is to prove the effectiveness of MC² Study™ on reducing the mental fatigue and improving the imagination ability. We chose 53 subjects from 5 national teams. Each team group was divided into experimental and control groups. The average improvement of test result of 6 tests on reducing mental fatigue and 2 tests on improving the imagination ability were calculated and measured. The research results showed that, after four weeks training, the experimental group athletes improved significantly. The average improved rate of the 6 tests result of the experimental group on reducing mental fatigue reached 19.92%. The average improved rate of 6 tests result of the control group on reducing mental fatigue reached 1.14%. The average improved rate of 2 tests result of the experimental group on improving the imagination ability is 61.68%. The average improved rate of 2 test result of the control group on improving the imagination ability is 16.25%.
