Abstract

Within the context of variable-length cognitive diagnostic computerized adaptive testing (CDCAT), we proposed a restrictive progressive item selection method and a restrictive proportional item selection method for item selection and exposure control. Their performance was evaluated with simulations and the results confirmed their effectiveness and feasibility
