Abstract

Fostering cross fertilization of ideas among students is ever been a core element in student-centered learning. With the support of reflective engagement and the facilitation of digital devices, students commented BYOD (Bring Your Own Devices) improving learning atmosphere in the classroom because students took more initiative to search information, to discuss and finish assignments, making learning more effective. In this seminar, Dr. Chung will share her experience in enhancing student interaction both inside and beyond classroom. This learning and teaching initiative is a part of the TDG project: “Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) for reflective engagement of learners in digital classrooms”.
