Abstract

Ms. Blanche CHU will share with the audience her professional growth as a language teacher in a tertiary setting. She will talk about some of the difficulties and challenges she has had as a teacher in an attempt to motivate students in the English language classroom. As a coordinator of large-scale English Enhancement Programme (EEP) courses to meet the needs of our students, fellow EEP teachers and the Institution, she will also talk about how she approaches and re-defines “creativity” to enhance the quality of the EEP curriculum.
