Abstract

Principals in early childhood sector play a key role in young children s learning in the new information age. Technologies substantially enhance learning environment for young children in the 21 century. This study is to reveal the effective strategies in training the key role players who have great influences in the use of technologies in early childhood settings. If the principals of early childhood centres do not have suitable training in the use of technologies by themselves, it is very difficult for them to play the leadership roles in introducing technologies in their early childhood centres.
