Abstract

The poster conference aims at consolidating the experience in conducting service leadership education through employing curriculum framework of the Hong Kong Institute of Service Leadership & Management Limited (HKI-SLAM). Mr. Chan has extensive experience in non-formal education for young people and volunteer development. Drawing on his over thirty-five year professional services in the field, he could share on how to develop university students as passionate service leaders through engaging in service learning. Three students with outstanding performance on demonstrating service leadership will also share their learning experiences of providing quality personal service to their own selves, groups, projects and communities, through serving as mentees, participants, mentors, leaders and organizers in different platforms.
