Abstract

This study examines variances in deconstruction of the Soviet legacy in the higher education systems of four countries: China, Russia, Georgia, and Ukraine. The paper compares how academics in the four systems undertake changes in institutional governance to create a globally-engaged and innovative university. Copyright © 2019 CSSHE.
