Abstract

This presentation discusses the application of Communities of Practice (CoP) as a knowledge management strategy to manage knowledge in education organization. A study that focuses on developing joint enterprise, mutual engagement and shared repertoire of a CoP in a school is described. Standardization and modulation workshops to support FEHD colleagues to use a new FE supervision form is presented as an example to illustrate the cultivation of a CoP for leveraging pedagogical knowledge. ORID model facilitation for cultivating CoP and facilitating the knowledge sharing are described.
