Research output: Book/ReportBooks

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is first to report on the class size in secondary schools in different parts of the world and the SCT initiatives in the Greater China region. It will be followed by a review of the literature on class size research and the effects of class size on educational performance in secondary schools. It is hoped that this review will offer some assistance in bridging the gap in knowledge about SCT at the secondary school level and contribute to the current policy discourse on the introduction of SCT to secondary schools in Hong Kong.
