A study of inquiry-based STEM learning supported by mobile technologies

Abstract

This article presents the study on STEM learning with an inquiry-based learning approach supported by the mobile apps, Sense-it, and online platform, nQuire-it. 27 primary 5 students participated in this study who were chosen to have performance test before and after the activities, questionnaire and random interview at the end of activities. The result indicated that students had increased academic performance and attitude on the related topics and towards usage of using mobile technologies in class, while difficulties when using technologies were observed.
