Abstract
This paper presents the development of a SMS e-learning system for teaching and learning. The underlying technology of using GSM modems to build such a SMS e-learning system is revealed. The system is capable of supporting administrative, teaching and learning activities via SMS technologies. Students found the innovation interesting and stimulating. Copyright © 2009 IADIS.
