Abstract

Chapter 16 described the collection and analysis of the quantitative data in the research project funded by the HKSAR Government. This chapter describes the collection, analysis and findings of the data emanating from a complementary qualitative study. The chapter begins with a description of the data collection and its analysis, after which it then describes each of the major areas that emerged from the data analysis [Note 1].
