Abstract
本文將以歸納性的方式,從整體上介紹香港資優教育及其教師專業培訓的發展狀況。首先描述資優教育的歷史與淵源,同時介紹以往香港的資優教育政策。接著將會探討目前的發展狀況,並將重點著眼於各類的資優培訓計劃。最後,本文將從整體上反思香港資優教育的師資培訓及其未來的發展方向。
This paper presents an overview of gifted education and teacher professional development in the area of gifted education in Hong Kong. The development of gifted education is described, followed by an illustration of previous gifted education policy in Hong Kong. Current situation will be discussed then, with a focus on various professional development programmes. Future prospect of teacher training programmes will be also explained, before the paper ends with highlighting the implications of professional development in gifted education in Hong Kong.
