Abstract
近20年來,高等教育領域呈現出種種現實的矛盾與悖論。在復雜動蕩的情景中,高等院校的教學功能得到了社會前所未有的重視。在過去近10年間,很多國家或地區在高等教育領域都建構了質量評估體系。本文主要分析香港高等教育質量保證過程,在分析其變革動因的同時亦反思在這一過程中可能存在的問題。
Many conflicts and paradoxes emerge in the field of higher education during the last twenty years. Under the complicated and turbulent situation, society has paid unprecedented attention to the teaching function of higher education institutions. Over the last ten years, quality assurance systems of higher education have been established in many countries and regions. This paper aims to discuss quality assurance of higher education in Hong Kong and its main features as well as to analyze its causes of change and reflect on its de-ficiencies.
