Abstract

全球化和知識經濟的發展使教育實現了從以教師為中心向以學習者為中心的轉變,要求教育體系更加重視培養學生的多元文化意識和國際競爭力。為了適應這一轉變,高等教育課程體系應開展結構性變革,包括實施制度變革,賦予教師和學生更多教育選擇權利;建設具有文化包容性課程,滿足學生個別需求;強調以問題為導向教學策略,整合跨學科知識;倡導多樣化評價方式等。同時,也應注意到全球化所導致的同質化、集權化等危險傾向。
With the development of globalization and knowledge-based economy, education has been shifted from teacher-oriented approach to learner-oriented approach and is required to make students more aware of multiculturalism and more competitive in the global marketplace. In order to accommodate such transformation, the higher education curriculum should be reconstructed. Specifically, institutional reforms should be made to provide teachers and students with more educational choices, culturally inclusive courses should be offered to meet students' personally tailored learning needs, issue-oriented instructional strategies should be adopted to integrate multidisciplinary knowledge and the methods of evaluation should be diversified. Besides, much attention should be paid to the globalization-induced negative effects such as homogeneity and centralization. Copyright © 2012 江蘇大學.
