香港高考實驗評價改革:實地考察與啟示

Abstract

高考實驗評價的改革是一項重要的課題。近些年來,香港地區在高考實驗評價的改革方面取得了一些新的進展。其實驗評價的架構基於建構主義學習的觀點,強調學生學習的前概念和概念的變化,開發了一系列行之有效的評價工具。實驗評價的運作具有一套科學可行的評價標準和系統規範的評估機制,如實行教師評核、將探究作為評價的長遠目標以及邁向基於發展的學生評價等,對內地正在進行的學業評價都具有重要的借鑒意義。
It is an important project on the reform of the experimental assessment in College Entrance Examination, which has made some new progress in recent years in Hong Kong. The guideline of the experimental assessment is based on the learning perspective of constructivism, emphasizing the preconception and the conception changes in the learning process of students, developing a series of effective evaluation tools. The operation of the experimental assessment has a set of scientific and feasible assessment criteria and systematic assessment mechanism, such as implementing teacher assessment, regarding inquiry as a long-term goal, moving towards the development-based students assessment and so on. It is of referential significance for the ongoing achievement assessment in mainland China. Copyright © 2010 人民教育出版社, 課程教材研究所.
