Abstract
本文簡略報告了香港推行《表現指標》的實踐探索研究及其成效。該研究歷時三年半,共分兩個階段進行,前後共有15位專家、1200多位幼教工作者、上萬名幼兒參與。第一階段研究探索各種推行《表現指標》的實踐經驗和實踐模式,出版了《學前教育機構表現指標“學與教範疇”應用指引》(簡稱《資源套》),供教師參考使用。第二階段則在64個學前教育機構中嘗試使用《資源套》並進行自我評估和自我完善,以進一步驗證有關經驗和模式,補充、完善《資源套》。該研究為香港特別行政區政府最終大面積推廣《表現指標》掃清了主要障礙,做好了理論準備。本文分析了這一經驗對內地推行新《綱要》的啟示。
This thesis briefly reports the pursuance of the "Performance Indicators" and its effects. The research lasted three and a half years, including two periods, which evolved 15 experts, 1200 teachers and thousands of children. The first period was to explore and research into all kinds of practicing experiences and models with "Performance Indicators", and during this period, "Guide to using the pre-primary performance Indicators in Learning and Teaching" was published, and it is for teachers’ reference. The second period was to have a trial application of the "Guide to using the pre-primary performance Indicators in Learning and Teaching" to 64 pre-primary schools and to have a self-evaluation and perfection, which could test and verify the related experiences and models deeply. This research has cleaned the main obstacles for the final popularization of "performance Indicators" by Hong Kong Government and it is also the theory preparation. The thesis analyzes the experience and inspires the pursuance of the new "Syllabus" in the inland. Copyright © 2006 浙江教育報刊社.
