Abstract
為了推動香港教師專業的發展,師訓及師資諮詢委員會於二零零三年發表了《學習的專業 專業 的學習》文件,為本港教師專業能力提供理念架構,並明確指出校長應確保教師的專業需要和學 校的發展需要互相配合,這進一步推動本港學校的校本教師培訓。與此同時,內地這一兩年亦因 課改及教師教育變革的需要,促使校本教師培訓的興起。此文的重心除比較兩地校本教師培訓的 發展外,亦藉筆者曾參與一個本地教師培訓個案的經驗,提出一些個人的分析和探討,以促進對 校本教師培訓發展的思考。
