香港與內地中學體育教師對未來體育教師能力及學習課程模式認識的比較研究

Abstract

對香港、廣州、北京、上海、福州、蘇州在職中學體育教師進行問卷調查,對未來體育教師應具備的能力,以及在校學習課程的模式進行分析比較結果顯示,香港和內地在職中學體育教師對未來體育教師能力培養及知識結構認識上有很多相同之處,然而由於兩地在教育體制等方面的差異,對能力及知識結構重要性的排序存在差異。
Hong Kong has recently been returned to China. As a result the connection between the two areas will become closer, in all aspects of life , including education. Under the policy "one country two systems", the methods of training secondary school physical education teachers will have some commonality and yet still maintain some distinctions. The intention of this study was to compare the responses of current teachers in Hong Kong and Mainland China on their philosophy for the ideal future training of physical education teachers. Questionnaires were distributed among secondary school physical education teachers in cities of Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Fuzhou and Suzhou. In total 1340 questionnaires were returned (511 from Hong Kong and 829 from the other five cities) and analyzed. With the results of this study, it is hoped that a blueprint will emerge on the best academic training for physical education teachers leading into the 21st century. Copyright © 1998 中國體育科學學會.
