香港的本土化浪潮：中國因素氣旋下的抵抗動員

本文採納「中國因素」的理論框架，以分析中港關係的動態。近年，北京對香港事務的各種「直接施力」和「間接施力」，激發了本土主義在香港社會興起，並由此引發各種對「中國因素」的抵抗動員。本文的結論是，「中國因素」氣旋的不斷擴大，已經令「中心邊陲矛盾」有取代「普選議題」，成為香港政治的主要分歧之勢；而未來香港的各大政治勢力，會如何回應本土化浪潮以至重新組合，將是觀察香港政局的風向標。
This article adopts the theoretical framework of China Factor in the analysis of the dynamics of Mainland-Hong Kong relations. In recent years, Beijing has increasingly adopted direct and indirect influence mechanisms to shape the affairs of Hong Kong, and paradoxically such attempts have triggered the rise of localism in Hong Kong and resulted in tidal waves of counter-China Factor mobilizations resisting Beijing's interferences. This article concludes that there are growing signs that the issue of center-periphery relations is replacing universal suffrage as the principal political cleavage in Hong Kong. How different political forces in Hong Kong respond and realign with the rise of localism will be a significant weather vane of political development in Hong Kong. Copyright © 2017 政治大學國際關係研究中心.
