香港生命教育的分享:人道教室的實踐經驗

Abstract

生命教育與中國哲學和傳統文化息息相關,兩岸近年同時重視在學校推行生命教育,香港也有不少學校推行生命教育,以促進學生德育的成長。這篇文章在華人重視生命教育的環境中,分享一所香港佛教小學推行生命教育的實踐經驗。這所小學利用香港紅十字會引入的國際人道法教材,結合家長義工的參與,以活動小組形式讓小六學生學習人道精神;剖析這個生命教育案例的成功經歷,相信可供推動生命教育學校同工作參考。
Life education is closely related to Chinese philosophy and traditional culture. In the recent years, Hong Kong, Mainland China and Taiwan both pay more attention to implement life education in schools in order to promote moral development of students. This article would analyze a practical experience of a Buddhist primary school in implementing life education in Hong Kong. The school used the international humanity teaching materials introduced by the Hong Kong Red Cross combining with the participation of parent volunteer to nurture students to learn humanity with activities in groups. The anatomy of this case study of successful experience could work as a reference for colleagues who wish to promote life education in schools. Copyright © 2011 Hong Kong Teachers' Centre.
