Abstract
本文報告一項由一群香港教育學院幼師教育工作者於 2004年進行的研究結果，這研究之目的是透過幼稚園教師的經驗，了解幼稚園教育在過去十年的轉變及發展。此外，本文將討論這些轉變及發展為幼兒教育工作者帶來的衝擊及挑戰。
This paper reports the findings of a project conducted by a group of academic staff in the Hong Kong Institute of Education, School of Early Childhood Education in 2004. The aim of the project is to study the changes and developments in the last ten years in early childhood education in Hong Kong by tapping into the understanding and direct experiences of kindergarten teachers.
