香港教科書的編輯:提升質量的建議

Abstract

教科書是教育系統中重要的環節,它是教學的重要內容、知識的系統性組織、課程與教學間的連結。然而,香港對教科書的探討仍然不足,而且教科書的品質仍有待提升。在制度層面分析香港教科書編審情況的基礎上;從教科書研究、政府審書尺度、政府審書取向、教科書內容質素等四方面,闡述提升教科書效能的建議。作者認為,香港特區政府仍負有最重要的責任。能否加強教科書研究?能否強化審書機制?能否扮演更積極的審書角色?這些都是特區政府能否提升教科書品質所必須面對和解決的重要問題。
Textbook is an important element in education. It is not only the main content of teaching, but also the systematic organization of knowledge and the connection between curriculum and teaching. However, textbook studies in Hong Kong are still limited and there is room for improvement in textbook quality. In this paper, the textbook review system in Hong Kong is analyzed. Then, some suggestions to increase textbook efficiency are provided in four areas: textbook studies, government review criteria, government review orientation, and textbook content quality. In the researchers' viewpoint, the Hong Kong government should hear the responsibility in handling three determining factors for textbook advancement: How textbook studies in Hong Kong should be promoted? How to strengthen the textbook review mechanism in Hong Kong? How to play a more constructive role in textbook review? Copyright © 2010 西南大學學報編輯部.
