香港小學副校長的專業發展需要

為了跟進香港小學設立副校長職級後，研究小學副校長對專業發展的需要，香港初等教育研究學會於2010年開展了一個問卷調查。此論文將結合相關的研究資料和國際文獻，分析和討論香港小學副校長的專業發展需要；並就相關培訓課程作出適切的建議。
The Education Bureau of Hong Kong Government has created a Senior Primary School Master/ Mistress Rank for Deputy Heads in public primary schools from 2008/09 school year onwards. In order to investigate the need of professional development for deputy-heads in primary schools, the Hong Kong Primary Education Research Association carried out a survey in 2010. More than one-third of deputy-heads in Hong Kong primary schools have responded to the questionnaires. This paper aims to explore the need of professional development for deputy-heads. Literature review was performed. Findings of the survey and focus-group interviews were analyzed and discussed. Suggestions are given. Implications for future development are made.
