Abstract
本文借助政策研究的理論框架,以檢視近年關於「學前教育學券計劃」政策研究的一些特點,目的為梳理目前幼兒教育政策研究的已有成果,使訊息更為系統化,以便溝通和傳遞;此外,通過對「政策」定義的解構分析,期待探索出在幼兒教育政策範疇可茲繼續研究與發展的方向。
This paper employs the theoretical framework of policy research to investigate the characteristics of recent studies on the Pre-primary Education Voucher Scheme. Recent studies are sorted into a more systematic way for better communication. Through a deconstruction analysis of the definition of policy, this paper aims at exploring research topics for early childhood education policy in Hong Kong.
