Abstract
這篇文章滙報優質教育基金促進健康幼稚園計劃的進展。文章的焦點集中報導一個新的學前健康課程的誕生，那是其中一個研究小組的一項重要工作。小組因應現時香港社會生活環境的幼兒健康需要，特別研選出十個健康主題。本文將提及其中三個在現時香港學前教育較少討論的主題，當中包括「消費者健康」、「吸煙、醉酒和吸毒」和「生活、老化和死亡」。除此以外，本文也述及學前健康課程的評量，目的在提供一些學前教育健康課程發展的方向給幼教工作者作參考。
This article reports the progress of the QEF Project titled “Health Promoting Kindergartens.” It highlights the development of the preschool health curriculum that is a significant aspect in the research groups. Ten major topics of children’s health have been identified for the design of teaching materials and way of instructions. Three special topics concerning young children’s health have been discussed as examples of the study, namely “consumer health,” “smoking, alcohol, and drugs,” and “life, aging, and death.” In addition, the article also reports that assessment and measurement of preschool health curriculum will be further developed.
