Abstract
本文剖析了香港於回歸前後公民教育的發展。因受前殖民地教育的影響，回歸初期，香港中小學生的建構新國民身份教育進展不大；近年特區政府逐步加強推行公民教育。作為一個國際城市，在全球化的情境中，香港學校要以全球、國家和本土等三個層次向學生推行公民教育，以應對學生的需要。 Copyright © 2011 華東師范大學.
