非華語幼兒‧文化回應中的學習差異

Abstract

一般以本地幼兒為主的課堂上,「個別差異」的現象並不明顯,但在教授非華語幼兒中文的經驗就截然不同。教師除了應理解他們的文化外,更需要有策略地針對個別幼兒之學習差異和需要,給予他們最適切的學習支援。本講座會提出如何設計活動及教材以回應非華語幼兒學習的要點。
Individual differences among Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) students are obvious. Apart from understanding their culture, it is more important for teachers to address the differences and needs of NCS students strategically so as to give them the most appropriate support.
