運用實証為本的親職方法去教養幼兒

教育孩子是具挑戰性的工作。面對坊間林林總總的建議，很多家長和老師都想得到實際可行和有科學根據的親職資訊。在這個講座中，講者將會分享一系列實証為本的親職方法，幫助家長和老師去支持幼兒的成長。講者將會通過即場示範和具體例子，介紹主動助興、描述讚美、同理反映、成長心態和有效指令等親職技巧，幫助家長和老師與幼兒建立關係、幫助幼兒學習和處理幼兒的問題行為。

Parenting is a challenging task. In the face of numerous sources of parenting advice, in books, in magazines, in talks, and on the Internet, many parents and educators are looking for practical and trustworthy information on parenting, learning parenting methods that can be easily put into practice and is supported by theory and research. In this session, the speaker will introduce how science-informed methods may be used to parent young children. The speaker will use demonstration and concrete examples to illustrate such methods as active constructive responses, descriptive praises, empathetic reflection, developing child growth mindset, and giving effective commands, methods that prove to build positive parent-child relationships, promote the growth of young children, and manage their misbehaviors.
