透過「項目學習」發展語文準教師學習社群研究

Abstract

是次研究,10位語文科準教師以「學生參與者」(student participant) 身份參與一個「語文領袖計劃」¹,透過籌劃及組織中文教育學術活動,探究「項目學習」促進語文準教師發展學習社群的可行性。從「學生參與者」組織的語文活動,以及問卷調查,證實「項目學習」有助促進語文準教師在真實學習「項目」拓寬視野、發揮解難能力,更能跟同儕合作,建立學習社群。論文將透過10位準教師的「項目學習」歷程反思「項目學習」在建立學習社群的作用。
This study investigated the feasibility of developing a learning community among pre-service teachers through Project Learning. 10 pre-service teachers participated in a project called “Language Leaders” to organize academic activities on Chinese Language. The findings of this study illustrate that Project Learning can widen the scope of, enhance the problem-solving abilities of, and improve interpersonal cooperation of student participants with authentic situations. The paper discusses the Project Learning journey of student participants and analyzes the effectiveness of building the learning community through Project Learning. Copyright © 2019 商務印書館(香港)有限公司.
