追求卓越教育與素質教育:一些理論的探討與東方的觀點

Abstract

追求素質是90年代的世界大趨勢。無論是東方還是西方,對素質都有激烈的討論。雖然整體趨勢在於強調素質的個性化、人本化、彈性化和多元化,但東西方對素質要求的側重點有明顯的區別,這些區別實際上是可以互補的。
The pursuit of quality is a worldwide trend in 1990s. Hot debates on quality have been conducted both in the East and the West. Although they both focus on the personalization, humanization, flexibility and pluralism of quality, there exist obvious differences in the main requests toward quality between the East and the West.
