Abstract
本文旨在激發幼兒教育的工作者認識解決人際衝突對幼兒認知發展的重要性,知道幼兒是如何解決衝突的,關注培養幼兒解決衝突的能力,明白衝突是可以讓幼兒有很多正面的學習和成長的機會,再思對衝突的觀念,知道如何將其轉變為幼兒練習思考的機會。
This paper is intended to help early childhood educators become more attuned to the importance of social problem-solving to the cognitive development of young children. It introduces how young children deal with conflict and what teachers can do to facilitate the development of problem-solving abilities in children. This paper also attempts to challenge the current perspective of early childhood educators to social conflict and to advocate the vision to transform social conflict into positive and constructive learning experience for young children.
