Abstract
資訊科技教育如何衝擊課程影響其發展是一個重要研究課題。本文討論資訊科技教育的內涵,從科技與課程結合、教材及教師等角度回顧及總結香港經驗,分析資訊科技教育與課程發展的關係和結合的條件。研究結果顯示,資訊科技教育與學科教學的結合,並非謹謹是教具的更新,而將會觸發教、學文化的遷移。資訊科技教育對課程發展帶來挑戰:教師不能夠只依教科書對課程的演繹施教,必須具主見選取教材及評鑑學生學習成效。教師在結合資訊科技教育於學科教學過程的經驗,可為策劃正規課程提供訂定的基礎。資訊科技教育與學科結合的條件包括:一、開闢多種渠道獲取教材及促進交流;二、以實務為本取向培育教師的資訊科技教育認知和識見。
How would Information Technology (IT) in education impact on curriculum development is a critical issue. The study aims to analyze relationship between IT in education and curriculum development and to explore the conditions of such integration. The chapter discusses the context of IT in education and reviews Hong Kong’s experiences from the perspectives of integrating technology in curriculum, teaching materials, and teacher training. Research results indicated that the integration is not just the renew of teaching aids but will trigger the transformation of the teaching and learning culture. The challenge of curriculum development bring forward by IT in education is this: Teachers cannot teach just relying on textbooks’ interpretation of the curriculum but must teach by deploying professional judgement on selecting learning materials and evaluating progress of students. Experiences gained from integrating IT in education in subject curriculum in classroom will formulate solid knowledge bases for planing formal subject curriculum. The conditions of integrating IT in education in subject curriculum are (1) exploring channels to obtain teaching materials and advocate ways to share; and (2) training teachers’ IT competency adopting the task-based approach.
