Abstract
謝靈運不少描寫山水的詩歌，向被稱作山水詩；因為在他的這些詩歌中，山水成為了審美的主要對象。然而，除了山水之外，謝靈運對自己身體的描述，也是其詩審美的重要物件。尤其他喜歡在山水之間流連，其詩除了寫山水景色之外，也涉及作者行旅與遊覽的姿態和動作。甚至在有些詩作中，謝靈運對自己寓目身觀的行姿描寫，比對山水自然的描寫，更有過之而無不及。
Lots of Xie ling-yun’ poems have always been regarded as landscape poems, because landscape ("Shan-shui") is the main element of appreciation in his poems. However, his body and posture are also regarded as the element of appreciation in his poems. Especially he liked to travel in between hills and rivers ("Shan-shui") and he wrote landscape as well as his body and posture in his poems.
