Abstract
本文以西方教師教育的研究話語為線索,梳理西方教師教育近二十年來的研究脈絡,從當代西方教師教育研究話語的遷移和轉向中分析基於西方實證研究的教師成長和培養的規律,以期為我國當前的教師教育改革實踐搭建具有國際視野的教師教育研究平臺。
This article analyzes the rules on teachers development and teachers preparation through combing the contexts and discourses of Western empirical research on teacher education within these two decades.
