論教師直覺性教學決策與教學反思的關係

Abstract

文章在解釋、說明直覺性教學決策的基礎上,分析了直覺性教學決策的特點。在此基礎上論述了教師直覺性教學決策與教學反思之間存在更深層次的內在聯繫,即教學反思是教師進行直覺性教學決策的基礎。文章旨在釐清教師直覺性教學決策的概念及與其相關的觀點,為後續教學決策的研究建立共識。
This article explains and illustrates the fundamentals of teachers’ intuitive teaching decision, and analyzes its characteristics. On this basis, the article discusses the inner association between teachers’ intuitive teaching decision and teaching reflection. Within this discussion, teaching reflection is regarded as a ground for teachers’ intuitive teaching decision. This article aims to clarify the concepts and related perspectives of teachers’ intuitive teaching decision in order to establish the common ground for further study on teaching decision-making.
