Abstract
大學英語青年教師是我國英語教育事業的生力軍。發展大學英語青年教師的職業素養,以應對社會發展對英語人才的新需求,是時代命題。本文選取大學英語青年教師的課堂評估素養作為討論的重點,提出在現時培養途徑單一、研究匱乏的情況下,專業學習共同體為大學英語青年教師提供了一條自主專業發展道路。
Young College English teachers are a vital fresh force in English education in China. Development of young College English teachers' literacies to meet the new requirements of society on English talents becomes immediately important. The paper focuses on the development of classroom assessment literacy of young College English teachers and proposes professional learning community as an autonomous way, with the understanding of unitary training methods and the scarcity of research on development of teachers' classroom assessment literacy.
