Abstract
在國際範圍內,教育領導研究已由過去的實證主義獨尊,發展為今日的多元範式並陳。其中,質的教育領導研究已成為一股重要的力量。反觀我國,教育領導研究的多元範式尚未形成,對質的研究的認識還存在頗多誤區。通過回顧國際上質的教育領導研究的興起以及國內質的研究地位的分析,本文呼籲開展更多紮根田野的質的研究,為教育領導研究探索一條新的方法論路徑。
The landscape of educational leadership research has changed in the West over the past half century. The domination of positivism has given way to the emergence and development of multiple paradigms. Among them, qualitative research has gained a strong momentum and provided a new lens to view educational leadership. China, however, is still in the process of the paradigm shift and the new qualitative methodology is not well received. There are still some misunderstandings towards the qualitative research on educational leadership. The paper thus argues for more qualitative research to contribute to the inadequate knowledge base of educational leadership in China. Copyright © 2010 復旦大學.
