融合教育背景下我國高等院校特殊教育專業建設的思考

Abstract

融合教育發端於特殊教育,卻又超越了特殊教育範疇,試圖推動普通教育的整體變革。隨著隨班就讀在我國的不斷推進,傳統“普特二元分離”的教育體制正在瓦解,逐步孕育普特融合的一元教育體制。培養具備融合教育理念、掌握特殊教育和普通學校教育知識和技能的專門人才成為新時期教師教育改革的要求。高等院校特殊教育專業建設須從人才培養目標、培養內容和培養方式等多方面進行變革,應對融合教育帶來的諸多挑戰,為我國培養符合時代需要的特殊教育專門人才。
The initiation of inclusive education has changed the direction of special education and made impact on the whole education system across the world. With the development of inclusive education programs in China, the traditional parallel system of special and regular education has been gradually collapsing and moving toward an unified structure. High education institutions should reform goals, curricula, and training models to make special education teacher education more professionalized and to promote inclusive education development.
