Abstract
背景:為配合課程改革發展學生學會學習的能力,師訓機構需要培訓職前教師學會教學的能力。探討職前教師的個人知識管理或許是培訓職前教師學會教學能力的一種可行方式。 目的:本文旨在探討職前教師的個人知識管理能力與他們對掌握知識之關係。 調查對象:是次研究在香港一所師訓機構進行,共有255名職前教師自願參與問卷調查。 調查方法:本研究採用Dorsey (2001) 個人知識管理技能理論架構發展了一套評量工具,並以問卷調查及面談收集數據資料,研究員運用結構方程模型探討個人知識管理能力對職前教師在掌握教學知識的預測能力,並分析訪談資料以了解個人知識管理能力如何促進職前教師掌握教學知識。 調查結果:結果顯示,影響個人知識管理模型的四項因素包括檢索、組織、分析和協同技能。職前教師的個人知識管理能力是掌握知識的預測指標。透過發展一套有效和可靠的工具,本研究驗證了用以預測掌握知識的驗證性個人知識管理模型。 總結:為了應付香港教育改革在教學方面的要求,建議在師資培訓機構的教師教育課程融入個人知識管理技巧,以提高職前教師的個人知識管理能力。
Background: Recent curriculum reform addresses the issue for developing students’ learning to learn competency, teacher education institutions should develop pre-service teacher’s learning to teach competency for addressing this policy. Studying Personal Knowledge Management Competency may provide solution to teacher education institutions.Aims: This study examines the relationship between personal knowledge management (PKM) competency of pre-service teachers and their perception on knowledge acquisition.Sample: Data was from a cross sectional survey. 225 pre-service teachers of a teacher education institute participated in the survey.Method: Dorsey’s (2001) PKM model was adopted for constructing the theoretical framework and the survey and interview instrument. A questionnaire survey and interviews were used to collect data from pre-service teachers. Structural equation model was applied to explore the predictive power of PKM competency on their knowledge acquisition for teaching. Qualitative data were coded for articulating the relationship between pre-service teachers’ personal knowledge management competency and their knowledge acquisition.Results: Result shows that a four-factor PKM model is identified which consists of retrieving, organizing, analyzing and collaboration skills. Pre-service teachers’ PKM competency was identified to be a predictor for knowledge acquisition. Conclusion: To cope with the teaching requirements of the education reform in Hong Kong, incorporation of PKM skills in teacher education curriculum is recommended to teacher education institutes for enhancing pre-service teachers’ PKM competency.
