聚焦一課,超越一課:香港地區「優化課堂學習計劃」

Abstract

本文介紹了香港特聒2005年至2008年在中小學開展的「優化課堂學習計劃」的背景、內容、實施情況、實施成效等。該計劃以 “課堂學習研究” 為平台,致力於改善課堂教與學、促進教師的專業發展,取得了豐富理論和改進實踐兩個方面的豐碩成果,對教師專業發展產生了深遠影響。
The paper describes a large scale school based action research project launched by Hong Kong Education Bureau in 2005-2008. The paper introduces first the education reform background, the VITAL project objectives and its implementation. The VITAL project has successfully developed 120 Learning Studies in Hong Kong. The Learning Study uses Variation Theory as it framework and focuses on producing one research lesson for teachers to share and reflect upon. The paper analyses the VITAL project's impact on teacher professional development, and examines some of the factors that are critical for its successful implementation in schools.
