美國最佳體適能教育計劃及其對我國體育課程改革的啟示

Abstract

本文通過文獻綜述,對 20世紀 90年代以來在美國學校體育中有著廣泛影響的最佳體適能教育計劃的思想基礎和目標、該計劃產生的社會背景、課程特點和基本教學內容、課程模式及其評價思想和方法等進行了綜合分析和研究,指出其終身化、個體化和健康化的思想對我國體育課程改革很有借鑒意義,並提出了建設性的建議。
This article makes a comprehensive study of the Physical Best Program (physical education for lifelong fitness) of the U. S. It discusses the philosophy, goals, and characteristics of the newly - restructured program. it‘s social background, curriculum, and the philosophy and methods of the assessment system. The program is lifelong, individualized and health-oriented and has much reference value for the reform of physical education curriculum in China. Some constructive suggestions are put forward for the current reforms taking place in China. Copyright © 2001 江蘇省體育科學研究所.
