發展教師領導的管理策略

Abstract

本文旨在探討有效發展教師領導的管理策略。研究者以量化問卷向香港學校的中學教師收集數據,並以結構方程模式預測官僚專業管理模式與教師領導的關係。教師領導的概念可分為教學領導、教學啟導與行政領導三個範疇;結果顯示,官僚控制與專業自主兩個可操控化變量對教師領導具有預測性的作用。研究建議管理者在領導模式、組織文化及校本政策的三個策略管理維度發展教師領導。
This paper aims to explore effective management strategies for cultivating teacher leadership in schools organization. A quantitative questionnaire was developed to collect data from secondary teachers in Hong Kong; and a structural equation model was applied to identify the predictive relationship between bureaucratic-professional practices and teacher leaderships. Results showed that there are predictive effects of bureaucratic control and professional autonomy on teacher leaderships in the aspects of curriculum and instruction, teacher mentoring and school administration. Management strategies in the aspects of leadership styles, organization culture and school-based policies are recommended to school administrators for cultivating teacher leadership.
